Our Cattle

We do not buy cattle from outside sources, thereby eliminating the possibility of bringing diseases into our stock. Our beef is corn-fed, high in protein, tender and delicious. You will be bringing more than just great taste to the table when you serve your family our healthy and nutritious All Natural Angus Beef.
All bulls used on our farm have the best carcass genetics and growth genetics. Their daily rate-of-gain is 4 lbs. or more.
Our current bull is in the top 2% for calving ease.
What kind of cuts of meat do I get with Angus beef?
You can choose from a variety of cutting options. Your beef will be processed according to your own personal, specific processing instructions. Steaks can be cut thick, medium, or thin. You can choose how many steaks to put in each package. Roasts will be cut according to the weight that you specifry (i.e. 2-3 lbs., 3-4 lbs, etc.) Steak options are filet mignon, porterhouse, N.Y. Strip, t-bone, rib, and sirloin. Other options are cubed steaks, short ribs, boneless stew meat, ground beef, and patties.
